I realized there was a great need for an all-inclusive health program, which would provide trainees with moderate dynamics together with therapeutic treatment, but would be entertaining and inspiring at the same time. This is how The Body Technique was conceived. It serves as a holistic exercising system and approach to human health that can reduce, alleviate or eliminate numerous health issues in a natural and thorough manner.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE BODY TECHNIQUE - “BT”?

It is a philosophy because it is much more than just a concept of how exercises are performed. The technique adapts to your condition, where the cause of the problem is respected, understood, and recognized, offering a complete answer to your wellbeing.

At the same time, it is also an exercise because it looks at the movement as a reflection of physical, emotional, mental, and energetic presence. In this way, the client can transcend on all mentioned levels or in just one where he feels least balanced. Perceiving a simple BT exercise, as a key that unlocks your individual potential, balances your personality and current state of health, and is a beautiful natural way of connecting with your wholeness.

WHAT ARE THE THREE MAIN PRINCIPLES OF THE BT AND WHAT DO THEY CONSIST OF?

The principle of integration is imperative for maintaining a healthy and functional spine no matter what age, condition, or health issue we address. Integrating three planes of movement in a non-impact approach is favorable for fascial, joint and muscle tissue as well as cardiorespiratory functions. This is our specialty and uniqueness in working with the human body.

The principle of integrity emphasizes the fractal approach and the power from the inner to the outer, where in addition to superficial muscles, we are aware of the function of deep muscle layers such as feet, pelvic floor and other stabilizers that help us in proper standing, walking, sitting and keep us vital and youthful.

The principle of fun and curiosity makes each class different with a variety of exercises, intensity, depth and intention work on a specific area, level, state, or health issue.

WHAT ARE THE MOST COMMON AILMENTS THAT PEOPLE COME TO YOU WITH?

Honestly, before I would say that spine and joint problems were my specialties because this was my main target in sport and recreation, but now seeing the spine from a different perspective there isn't an ailment that we can't treat. As our work is increasingly recognized as a holistic approach to health, we get all kinds of diagnoses, even those that we would not think we can help through movement, and this is where most people are deceived (such as: depression and anxiety, organ prolapse, intimate problems, hormonal problems, cancer, etc.…).

The Body Technique is like sea and the waves the body plunges into when it starts moving.

Yes, it is a common picture of our 21st century. We cannot escape from this nor can we change it. What we can do, is adjust and adapt ourselves at all levels starting from our energy flow being the first line of connecting with everything that surrounds us. To make sure the acceleration of information and low consciousness, negative mindset, EM radiation, etc. does not "extinguish" us too quickly we should look for our inner power. Just like in ancient times people and animals were living on the power spots on Earth. The most potent places for living and thriving. I believe our body has them too.

This is why I feel that The Body Technique is the philosophy of our future. Movement raises awareness, senses and vitality while teaching us how to strengthen our being as a whole.

I like to treat our body as the most expensive instrument that plays the finest tones and harmonies.

IT IS OFTEN DIFFICULT TO MOTIVATE ONESELF TO EXERCISE AT ALL OR TO CHANGE OUR USUAL FITNESS ROUTINE. HOW TO SUCCEED IN THAT AND PERSEVERE?

It starts with the basic question of how much you love and respect yourself? Having read this, keep in mind that the word "yourself" stands for your being that is constantly changing and seeking homeostasis.

So, even if you have not been working on yourself for a while now, I am motivating you right now to do so. If you are reading this then there is certainly something that you are searching for! If you want to change your approach, you have to change some of your habits.
